At 4-A Cleaning, we are a professional cleaning company with the best employees in the Washington DC metropolitan area. We are licensed, bonded and fully insured. We also maintain current worker’s compensation insurance and have a top secret clearance to handle government contracts for sectors as the department of defense (D.O.D.).
To keep a contingency plan working, we have replacement employees standing by in case another employee is unable to work. We also try to reach out to our military’s veterans and offer them jobs wherever possible to thank them for their devoted service.
We are presently covered by over one million dollars of liability insurance and maintain $100,000 worth of performance bonding for the protection of our clients. The top surety bond documents have been reviewed thoroughly by our company attorney.
In order to assure every client feels safe with our staff and services, we conduct random urinalysis drug tests and pre-employment testing as well.
