-All bathrooms are to receive special attention and a thorough cleaning. Bathrooms
must sparkle and be clean and odor free.
-All toilet bowls and urinals are to be thoroughly scrubbed, using a brush and
disinfectant cleaner or toilet bowl cleaner.
-Toilet bowls and urinals are to be completely wiped clean on the exterior and must
reflect a clean and bright appearance.
-Stall must be cleaned with a disinfectants solution and bright work is to be cleaned
and polished.
-Bathroom mirrors are to be cleaned.
-Trashcans will be emptied and liners replaced. Trash can exteriors must also be cleaned.
-Floors will be swept, disinfected and wet mopped clean.
-Rails, window sills and framed pictures are to be dusted and cleaned.
-Magazine tables are to be cleaned and items straightened.
-Special attention will be given to the area of fax machines, paper shredders, and copiers.
-Areas around light switches are to be spot cleaned and free of smudges.

Trash
-All trash cans shall have clean liners.
-Trash cans shall be emptied on a daily basis.
-All trash cans shall be placed back in their proper locations.
-Recycling needs will be respected
Ashtrays
-If ash trays are utilized, they will be emptied and cleaned.
-Special care shall be given to see that the trash does not contain smoldering ashes.
Lobby Area
-A special cleaning emphasis must be applied to reflect a favorable corporate image for our client.
-Entrance area glass must be clean and free of finger smudges and marks.
-Water stains are to be removed from porcelain as needed with a pumice bar.
-Soap, paper and other dispensers are to be checked and refilled.
Floors
-All carpeted areas to be professionally vacuumed.
-Chairs will be moved and the areas under and around the desk shall be cleaned.
-Staples and paper clips will be removed and discarded.
-Newly soiled areas will be spot cleaned to prevent permanent damage.
-Areas not carpeted shall receive attention as to their individual needs.
-Floors will be dust mopped and then wet mopped. Special attention is to be given to stains and cobwebs in corners.
-We are a full service cleaning company with the expertise to deep clean your carpet and strip and finish your floors.
Dust and Detailing
-All desktops are to be dusted with care not to remove or dislocate papers.
-All telephones will be sanitized.
-Water fountains are to be polished and thoroughly wiped.
-Cabinets, tables, files and shelves are to be dusted.
-Bright work must be cleaned and polished.
-Floors will be maintained according to their needs. They must be clean and neat.
-Elevator floors, doors and tracks shall be cleaned and polished where needed.
Supplies and Equipment
-We supply all cleaning supplies and equipment needed to service the client.
-The client is to provide paper towels, toilet tissue, trash liners and hand soap unless requested to do so.
Conservation and Security
-We comply with the client’s instructions.
-Lights may be turned off and doors secured.
-All water faucets will be turned off.
-Any problems that are noticed will be reported to the client
-Utility closets will be cleaned, straightened, and secured.
-The building may be secured if requested, and any alarms set.
